The Domestic Violence section
provides substantive legal information on domestic violence
issues pertinent to New York state through case law updates,
summaries of relevant laws, training materials and legislative
updates. Additionally, information will be provided on the
federal domestic violence laws. Announcements of upcoming
trainings, conferences and regional Domestic Violence Task Force
meetings for legal service attorneys and lay advocates will also
be posted.
